Note Sheet- On your semester test, you can use a note sheet that follows this criteria:

1. use an 8.5 x 11 inch sheet of paper (standard notebook paper or printer paper) 
2. One sided only 
3. hand-written
4. you can put whatever you want on it to use on your final

Test Exemption Rules (8th - 12th Grade)

If you have had any of the following this semester, you have to take all of your finals:

• More than 3 tardies
• More than 1 hour of detention
• Any suspensions (ISS or OSS)
• Any unexcused absences (UNX or UNV)
• More than 10 days excused in any class (does not include ACT or MEDI)

If you have any of the following, you must take the final for that class:

• C, D, or F in the class (8^th graders go by S2 Grade)
• Any missing work (NHI, NLA, or INC in PowerSchool)
