About Me

Welcome to the library webpage!  This is my 22nd year of teaching, and I am enjoying my journey in the library. I received my undergraduate and master’s degrees from Valley City State University.  I have two sons- Jacob -11th grade, Jaxson- 9th grade. My husband works at the Coteau Mine. We have two dogs that keep me busier than my active children. I am the librarian in all three buildings. The library is more than just a place to check out books.  Each building has makerspace materials available for checkout and stations set up for student creative activities like 3D pens, breakout boxes, puzzles, and ozobots to name a few.  Library skills classes start in the 4th grade.  I enjoy working with students in all three buildings, helping them develop research and information skills.
